1. Receiving reports

Our reporting channels: ComSec Hinweisgebersysteme GmbH provides the following reporting channels for companies:
- Internet-based reporting channels
- Protected e-mail account
- 24/7 telephone helpline with guaranteed confidentiality
- Despatch of e-mail guaranteeing confidentiality
- Personal, dedicated conversation in a neutral environment
Written confirmation of receipt: In accordance with the EU Whistleblower Directive, the person reporting breaches of the law must receive written confirmation within seven days.
Recording messages: Communication with whistleblowers must be recorded in full using written means. For e-mails and inboxes, this is done by saving the documents. In the case of telephone calls or personal conversations, documentation is provided by means of audio recordings, complete and accurate transcriptions or transcribing conversations, authorisation for which must be granted by the person reporting breaches of the law. All personal data must be processed in compliance with the basic Data Protection Regulation.
